  • How do I place an order?
    To place a order or inquire about availability, please fill out the inquiry form on the contact page. I will always try and respond as soon as possible.
  • How much notice is needed to place a custom order?
    In most instances, a two week lead time is needed. However, I strongly encourage to give as much notice as possible. Some months book up quicker than others.
  • Do you ship?
    No, I do not offer shipping.
  • Can you deliver?
    Yes, I do offer delivery for a fee. Details of the delivery day/time/charge will be something to discuss once availability has been confirmed.
  • How do you determine the price of a cake?
    Cakes are typically priced by the number of servings + the labor for the design. The more details like painting, fondant, sculpting, etc the more it will cost. There is also the misconception that "simple" is simple. And "frilly & elaborate" may be easier than you think. So, it is always best to ask.
  • Do you offer VEGAN, DAIRY-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE, ALLERGEN-FREE desserts?"
    I do have receipes that can accomodate certain dietary restrictions and am extremely sanitary in all steps of production. My kitchen, however, is not an allergen-free kitchen.
  • How do I pay for my order?
    Invoices are emailed through Square. You can easily pay online with a card. Deposits are requested for large orders. Because of the custom nature of each order, invoices are to be paid in full 10 days prior to the event. Work cannot begin until the balance is paid. Unpaid invoices will be interpreted as a canceled order.
